This policy applies to information gathered through the site, the request form, phone calls, emails and text messages connected with a business funding request. Lending partners and other companies run their own websites under their own policies, which this one does not cover.
Information you give us
- Contact details: full name, email address and phone number
- Your business name, if you give one
- The ranges you pick on the request form for time in business, annual revenue and requested amount, and your consent choice
- Anything you tell us later by phone, email or text, for example the purpose of the money, bank statements, tax returns or entity documents you choose to send
Please do not send account passwords or full card numbers. We never need them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider record technical details when pages load: IP address, browser type, the pages viewed and the time of the visit. Those records help keep the site working and secure. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you click to show it.
The form provider
The request form is supplied by an outside software provider, and what you enter is stored on that provider's systems as well as ours. The provider handles the data under its own terms and security practices.

Text messages and your mobile number

Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request, keep business records and meet legal obligations, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is perfectly secure.
